Since I was younger I've been blessed with a skinny frame and a metabolism faster than the speed of light. I am pretty toned considering all I do is eat and watch Netflix, but I've decided that I want to be that little more toned without losing too much weight. I was looking through many different 'plans' and have always loved the look of the '90 daysssplan' that The Body Coach has to offer, however, due to my already skinny frame, I was afraid of losing too much weight and looking a bit odd.
I then was browsing the idea of 'Kady's Bikini Plan', thinking that all I really wanted to focus on was having more of a 'bikini ready body' for when I go on holiday later this year. I was at work and talking to a colleague about my dilemma and it's there where she recommended Kayla (The Body Boss). So I done a little research and decided, "fuck it, I'm going to try this."
I went for the £49.99 option of having a paper and online copy, with a hat included (it was on offer at the time - whether or not it is anymore I'm not entirely sure). It is a 12 week plan and says about how you get a 'BONUS 4 week pre-training program', which is pretty necessary to prepare for the intense 12 weeks you have ahead.

SO I've decided that I'm going to blog this experience to see if there is actually much improvement. I understand that it isn't something that I particularly need to do, but it is something that I want to do, and I wanted to do something where it focused more on toning. I wont be doing week by week updates because that will be boring. I will, however, do an update every 2 - 3 weeks.
