Turning 20

Being born in August means I'm the last to do anything. I was last to drive, last to go out with my friends... Heck, I even had to miss results night because I was born just two days after results day - sucks.

Either way, I'm now 20 (and people start turning the more important 21 in a few weeks) and I now officially feel like a grown up. Out of the teenage years and heading towards pure adulthood. SCARY.

I thought in celebration of me turning 20, I'd write a blog post and show you the things I got!

First of all, my mum bought me the best phone case EVERRR. I was stuck between two (both from Skinny Dip in Topshop). One was clear and 1/3 of the phone case had blue oil and the rest water with a dolphin, palm tree and a sea shell inside so that it could float and move along the blue oil. The second was clear with pink and silver stars and glitter everywhere (inside a clear watery phone case).

I was literally standing in Topshop for a good 15 minutes contemplating my decision. In the end I decided to go for the glittery one and it's AWESOME! I think it looks better on white iPhones, but I'll live.

 My mum also bought me the most beautiful Michael Kors watch from Selfridges and I love it! It's scary having a watch because I'm not used to it and I regularly hit it against things and am totally afraid that I'm going to break it... Besides that, I love it and love wearing it everywhere. It goes with all my outfits (so far) and it's just totally fab.

And finally I also got the new Naked 'Smoky palette', which I'm still afraid to use properly because the shades are so beautiful and untouched! I've used it quite a few times and the colours are great. I'm still getting used to all the things that you can do with the colours, but luckily the palette comes with a guide of different looks that you can achieve with the shades they provide.
